As a user of this service you must agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Account creation:
   1. Only adults of legal age (as defined by your country of citizenship and/or residence) may create accounts on this system. Minors and children may not create accounts for personal use, but they may use accounts created for them by their legal guardian or parents.
   2. Except for minors and children as noted above, accounts may only be created by the primary user of the account.
   3. "Mass" or "batch" registration of new accounts is strictly prohibited, as is any automated mechanism not explicity provided by this site.
2. Release of Liability:
   1. You understand and acknowledge that all content transmitted to and from your account is the sole responsibility of the person from with the content originated.
   2. Postman.net does not control the content or your use of this service, and cannont guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any content. Nor can Postman.net be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of any content or this service.
   3. You understand that by using this service you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
   4. You agree to indemnify and hold Postman.net, employees of Postman.net, as well as any individuals or entities related to Postman.net, harmless from any claim or demand arising from a third party due to your use or misuse of this service, disruption of service, or your violations of this Terms of Services and Rights of another.
3. Causes for termination:
   1. Any free account that has not been logged into within a three month period may be automatically terminated and erased as if the account were permanently abandoned.
   2. Any request by the current holder of an account, or by the legal guardian or parent of the primary user of an account.
   3. Any account (paid-use or free) that is verified to have engaged in any of the following activities will be immediately terminated with no refunds:
      1. storage or transmission of any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
      2. use of this service to cause or incite harm of any kind to minors;
      3. impersonation of any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
      4. forging of headers or other identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through this service;
      5. storage or transmission of any content that you do not have a right to under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
      6. storage or transmission of any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
      7. transmission of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
      8. storage or transmission of any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
      9. use of this service to interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the service;
      10. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or
      11. collect or store personal data about other users.
4. Account maintenance:
   1. Backups or any other means of data retention is not provided by this site. Loss of data for any reason, including hardware failure or other administrative accidents, is not the responsibilty of Postman.net. Backups are the sole responsibility of the user.
   2. Postman.net reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Postman.net shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
